To request transportation options for one of the reasons listed above, please call or text (385) 429-6556 or send an email to support@sanpetefamilyresourcecenter.org at least 24 hours prior to the desired appointment.

Please be prepared to answer some questions, including the following:

  1. What is the purpose of the transportation? Are you requesting a person to be transported, or resources to be transported to a person (names of the individuals, male/female, ages, or type of resource - food, clothing, healthcare, etc.)?

  2. Are you requesting one-way transportation or a round-trip?

  3. What other transportation options have you already explored (family, friends, bicycle, walking, etc.)? We expect that you would have already explored other options.

  4. What is the exact address of pickup and dropoff? (we will need to calculate mileage, travel time, and possibly wait time)

  5. Exactly what time would this transportation need to begin (time of pickup)? Estimation of what time the transportation would end?

  6. Are there any special accommodations that would need to be made? (such as room to transport a wheelchair, assistance entering or exiting the vehicle or a building, etc)

Interested in Volunteering?

We are looking for Sanpete Rideshare volunteers who are willing to help connect our Sanpete friends who are in need with local resources. If selected, you will receive text messages or phone calls describing opportunities to transport our Sanpete Sisters and Brothers or to transport resources to them. We work hard to receive donations and other grant funding so that we can reimburse you for each mile you drive, and you have the satisfaction of volunteering your time and vehicle to help those in need!

Please fill out the following application if you are interested!
